Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them to extend shelf life.

Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals come fully cooked. Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. Heating times may vary depending on your appliance.

When will I receive my meals?
We currently deliver on Sunday between 10am–2pm and Wednesday between 12pm–6pm.
